Shri CA Laxminiwas Sharma is a founding partner of LnCo and the senior partner of Laxminiwas & Jain, Chartered Accountants. He has an illustrious career spanning over 5 decades from 1973. He was also elected to be the Central Council Member of ICAI during 1985-1995 and was a past president of the FTAPCCI and AP Tax Bar Association. The prestigious Coffee Table Book – “Jewels of Rajasthan” has covered him amongst the 102 influential people from Rajasthan. He has graciously accepted to be the Principal advisor and benefit the team of LnCo with his expertise and experience.

Possess over 18 years of experience in the field of auditing, accounting, corporate restructuring and other related financial management services. Overseen and managed large audit engagements during his stint at PWC. He is a Certified Forensic & Information System Auditor, certified by ICAI. He is a coveted public speaker in the fraternity and an astute professional with exceptional focus and innovative mind-set. His professional engagements across India and International market gave a global outlook to the firm. He has been named amongst “70 Young Indian Visionaries operating in UAE”. He is an elected member to the Central Council of ICAI for the tenure 2019-22. He is appointed as Director of XBRL India and nominated to Quality Review Board of MCA.

Premchander S Raj

Possesses extensive experience in handling internal audits for large multi-national corporates and banks. He is a Certified Concurrent Auditor having completed the required course conducted by ICAI. He holds more than a decade of work experience with Price Water house Coopers (PwC) Dubai, UAE. He has also served as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a Japanese multinational for a decade.

He has worked in the Middle East including 5 years in Ernst & Young, Doha, Qatar prior to joining a large UAE based corporate group and their head as Head of Finance & Accounts. He is also a Certified Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection Expert, certified by ICAI. His immaculate approach for work and his passion for keeping abreast with technical development in the profession along with strong value based principles has gained the firm good reputation from clients.

CA. Ramana is also a graduate in Law and an Insolvency Professional (2018), with 49 years of professional experience spanning across industry and practice. In his stint with industry of 35 years, Mr. Ramana has worked in different capacities before retiring as Executive Director (Finance) of M/S. BEML Limited, Bangalore in the year 2009. In his journey of practice of over 9 years, he has handled cases of Corporate Insolvency Process, Liquidation Process and Personal Guarantors as per Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In addition, Mr. Ramana has handled varied engagements such as developing standing order procedures & legal documentation, special audits u/s 142(2A) of Income Tax Act, 1962, investigation of complaints, due diligence engagements etc.,

Dr. CA. Rashmi Ainapur

CA Rashmi also holds a PhD in sustainability Reporting, degree in LLB and MBA Finance. Primarily specializing in sustainability Reporting, Rashmi is an ESG GRI 2021 standards” certified professional from KPMG, BRSR certified from ICAI, Certified GRC professional from OCEG and has completed “Sustainable Investing” certification from Harvard Business School. Projects handled by Rashmi include areas of Circular Economy, Carbon & GHG Accounting, Carbon Credits and Sustainability Reporting based on GRI, BRSR and various global frameworks. Rashmi carries with herself more than 17 years of professional experience in the areas of Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Income Tax and GST. She has also published numerous articles and presented papers on Sustainability and other topics at v
